We want to create a better gateway onto Hoddesdon High Street.

Anyone driving in from the A10 can see that the two office buildings opposite Morrisons (Scania and Amwell House) are showing their age.

One of the buildings is no longer fit for purpose and is set to be demolished, so now is the right time to look at the future of the whole site.

To make the most of this opportunity, we are putting forward plans for a holistic redesign of both buildings. We plan to remove both buildings to upgrade the entrance view onto the high street and create new offices for B3Living.
