  • Fill in the ‘To-do’ section with your new charges.

If you don’t, you might not get paid the right amount after April or your benefits could stop completely.

You need to contact your Housing Benefit department at your local council to let them know about your new charges.

If you live in Broxbourne borough, email benefits@broxbourne.gov.uk.

We’ll contact Housing Benefit.

So, you won’t need to do anything.

We’ll update the amount for you.

You won’t need to do anything.
