Callout repairs
As a landlord, our top priority is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable in your home. That’s why we use our contractor, MCP, to handle our out-of-hours emergency repairs.
Emergency repairs
These are repairs are things that cannot wait and pose a serious risk to your health/safety. This includes things like:
- A major leak that you can't control.
- When you've lost all power.
- If you lose heating / hot water during the winter.
- You can't lock your home.
- Your only bath / shower or toilet is blocked.
If you have an emergency repair, please call 01992 453700.
Missed appointments
If MCP attends out-of-hours and they discover it’s either:
- Not an emergency
- You miss the appointment
you might be recharged for the visit.
We'll only attend to non-emergency repairs during working hours. However, you can still report repairs at any time on the MyB3Living app.
