They're a separate research company, and they make sure we get independent, honest feedback.
They might be calling you because:
- You've been selected at random for a call asking for your thoughts on our customer service in general.
- You recently had a service from us and we're looking for feedback on how it went.
Please let us reassure you that this is a real service and not about marketing. All we'd like from you is a quick chat about how you feel about B3Living.
B3Living have been preparing for the new Housing Regulatory Standards that came into effect in April. The standards are called Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) and are designed with the intention to make it easy for customers to see how well their social landlord is doing and to hold their landlord to account.
There are 22 measures, 12 measures are carried out in a customer satisfaction survey and the remaining 10 measures are business performance measures.
The TSM’s form part of an overhaul of social housing regulations. All registered social housing landlords in England will have to collect and report on the Tenant Satisfaction Measures as it is a regulatory requirement.
B3Living will continue to work with, IFF, a market research company who specialise in the social housing sector, to carry out our surveys with you. The survey is a general satisfaction survey (perception survey) asking customers what they think about their home and the housing services we provide.
We want to hear more from customers like you, in your own words, about how we're doing. Tell us what's going well and what could be better.
