- £16.80 a week/ £74.20 per month (B3Living tenants)
- £20.18 a week/ £89.13 per month (everyone else)
*Please note: rents can change each year.

Great news. Here's what you need to do:
Step 1:
Garages can go quickly. So, to avoid disappointment, please call our Housing Support team on 01992 453700 option 7. Alternatively, you can fill in the form below.
We can only reserve a garage for up to 24hrs.
Step 2:
If you're happy with the area, let us know and we’ll arrange a date for you to sign your licence at our office.
Step 3:
Pop down to our office on the date agreed to sign your licence. We will ask you to pay one month up front, and set up a Direct Debit, before handing you the keys.
Please bring a form of photo ID & proof of current address
Step 4:
That’s it! All done, enjoy your new garage. To discuss your account at any time, call us on 01992 453700 option 7.
