We hope renting a garage was handy - but if you don't need one anymore, just let us know. It's a fairly quick process that usually takes around one week.
To end the tenancy for your garage, you’ll need to give us one week notice.
You can call us on 01992 453700 OR...
You can do this via your myB3Living app, online account.
- Check that the drop down box at the top is showing your garage address (rather than your home).
- Then go to the Tenancy screen.
- Click 'Give notice'.
If you don't have the app you can:
- Email us at enquiries@b3living.org.uk .
- Write to us at: B3Living, Scania House, 17 Amwell Street, Hoddesdon, Herts, EN11 8TS
Once you've sent us your notice in writing, please empty your garage.
Then take a photo of your empty garage.
(If you can't to do this, please let us know).
Pop into our office to hand in your keys. Remember to bring in both keys - otherwise you might get charged if we have to cut a new one.
