This is not about putting your charge up.
These days, being able to plan and budget is very important. But right now, the system you’re on gives you a different service charge every month.
We want you to know where you stand. So, to make things easier, we’re planning to switch you to stable service charges. This isn’t about charging you more; it’s just about the way you pay. Here’s what this looks like…
NOW
- You’re on what’s called a “variable” service charge.
- It can go up or down every month.
- It’s based on how much things cost.
AFTER
- You’ll move to a “fixed” service charge.
- It won’t change each month.
- It only changes once a year – no surprises.
We’re putting this forward to make your charge each month more dependable.
You won’t be hit with immediate, unexpected costs and there may be some savings – as we won’t need to spend as much on third-party auditing.
